Rooted in care

Inspired by wisdom.
Shaped for wellbeing.

Subhia Foundation is inspired by a mother whose wisdom shaped generations.
It begins with mental wellbeing through PraniQ, and looks forward to broader work in pilgrimage support, primary education, and general healthcare.

A broader mission, beginning in one place

Subhia Foundation begins with mental wellbeing, with wider ambitions over time.

01

Mental wellbeing

We begin by supporting mental wellbeing in practical, accessible ways — starting with PraniQ, a free breathing companion designed to support everyday practice with calm, dignity, and care.

02

Pilgrimage support

In time, the foundation hopes to support people who wish to undertake meaningful pilgrimage, but cannot afford to do so on their own.

03

Education and healthcare

Over time, the foundation also hopes to support primary education and general healthcare — especially where small acts of help can carry continuity, dignity, and real relief.

Care should feel quiet, dignified, and accessible.

That belief shapes how this foundation begins, and how it hopes to grow.

A mission shaped by one life

Subhia Foundation is inspired by a mother whose wisdom shaped generations. She was known for quiet strength, deep care, and a way of seeing people that made dignity feel natural rather than spoken about.

Her roots were in Nepal. Her values were wider than place: kindness without performance, care without noise, and the belief that what matters most in life should not be reserved only for those who can easily afford it.

This foundation tries to carry that spirit forward in a practical way — beginning modestly, starting where it can help now, and widening over time with honesty and purpose.

“Inspired by a mother whose wisdom shaped generations.”

Subhia Foundation does not begin as a large institution. It begins as a simple commitment: to honour a life of wisdom and care by building things that may gently support the wellbeing of others.

That is why the first expression of this work is PraniQ — a free app designed to support mental wellbeing through breathing practice, without subscription barriers or unnecessary complexity.

Over time, the same spirit may grow into wider forms of support: pilgrimage access, primary education, and general healthcare where they are most needed.

PraniQ is one expression of this purpose

PraniQ is not the foundation itself. It is one product inspired by the foundation’s purpose — a quiet, accessible way to support mental wellbeing through breath.

It reflects a simple belief: something as fundamental as breath should be supported, not sold. So PraniQ is being built to remain free, calm, and respectful of personal practice.

As the foundation grows, PraniQ stands as the first example of what this wider mission can look like in practice.

Where the mission hopes to grow

This is an early-stage foundation initiative. These are future ambitions, to be pursued thoughtfully and over time.

Pilgrimage

To help people undertake meaningful journeys of faith or devotion when cost would otherwise place them out of reach.

Primary education

To support early learning where basic access, stability, and encouragement can help shape a child’s future.

General healthcare

To contribute, where possible, to everyday healthcare needs that protect dignity, reduce strain, and support ordinary life.
